What You’ll Be Doing:
Work directly with our
sales team and leadership
Learn how to
coach, motivate, and support sales staff
Assist with
daily sales floor operations
Help improve
customer experience and communication

sales training, role‑playing, and development
Learn what it takes to run a successful sales department
This role starts as an
assistant/training position
with clear growth into a
full management role
for the right person.

retail hours (nights & Saturdays)
