This is an
entry‑level sales role
to start. During training, candidates work directly with customers, learn consultative selling skills, and develop a strong understanding of sales performance and client expectations. As trainees progress, they are
cross‑trained in team leadership, training, and operational management , preparing them for advancement into management roles. The Sales & Management Trainee works closely with senior leadership and reports directly to the Executive Management team. What You’ll Do
Engage directly with customers in a face‑to‑face sales environment Execute daily sales strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue Learn how to overcome objections, present solutions, and confidently close sales Track personal sales performance and contribute to team goals Support promotional and sales initiatives for major retail partners Learn how to train, coach, and develop entry‑level sales team members Assist leadership with team coordination, goal setting, and performance tracking Participate in cross‑training focused on leadership, operations, and management development Training & Growth
