Climb Higher (About the Job)
TCI is seeking motivated individuals ready to gain hands‑on experience installing cable and antenna systems on towers and rooftops. You'll work as part of a dedicated crew in a high‑demand industry. This is a great opportunity to start or grow your career in telecom infrastructure. You'll work outdoors, often at heights, building critical communications systems while developing valuable technical skills.
Your Work that Keeps us Connected (Job Responsibilities)
>Assist with installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of wireless equipment on towers and rooftops (up to 200'+) Learn to climb safely using proper fall protection systems
Install and route coaxial, fiber, and grounding cables
Operate hand tools, power tools, lifts, and job‑specific equipment
Follow daily safety protocols and complete job hazard analysis (JHA) forms
Maintain company‑issued PPE and gear
Support project completion by working collaboratively with foremen and senior technicians
Signal Strength (Qualifications)
Safety‑first mindset with willingness to follow all procedures
Ability to climb and work at heights of 100'+ daily
Reliable transportation and
valid driver's license with clean driving record
Strong attendance, punctuality, and attention to detail
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and travel regionally
Basic knowledge of hand and battery‑operated power tools
Willingness to learn in a fast‑paced, physically demanding environment
You’ll Rise Above if (additional skillset)
Previous construction experience is highly recommended
Previous telecom tower work (not required but nice to have)
