Acorn Health is an applied behavioral analysis (ABA) treatment provider focused on delivering high‑quality, evidence‑based care for children on the autism spectrum. Job Responsibilities
Complete required training to provide ABA therapy (state requirements vary).
Deliver 1:1 direct ABA treatment to clients to expand skills, reduce problem behaviors, and reinforce behavioral supports.
Collaborate closely with the supervising BCBA and team members to ensure high‑quality service delivery.
Support parent and caregiver training as directed by the BCBA.
Collect data and document client records to monitor progress and inform treatment decisions.
Communicate regularly with parents, supervisors, and other stakeholders to refine treatment plans.
Provide services in centers, homes, schools, or other appropriate locations.
Schedule may include driving between clients.

Qualifications
1–2 years of experience working with children (e.g., caregiver, paraprofessional, daycare) highly preferred.
Obtained or pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or a related field preferred.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
Must pass a background check.
Enjoy working on an interdisciplinary team and collaborating with others.
Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
