Primary Job Functions In a convenience store setting and at the direction of MSCO management, responsibilities include utilizing a Plan-O-Gram to complete merchandising of existing in-store products. Tasks may include tagging, moving, or rearranging products on shelves, bins, inside coolers, or other store areas.
Requirements, Education, Experience & Equipment
Ability to travel including overnight stays, weekend stays, and sometimes out of state.
At least 18 years old, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, proof of auto insurance, Real ID driver’s license.
High school diploma/GED and equivalent training and experience preferred.
Excellent communication and organizational skills, including the ability to read planograms.
Compliance with all company policies and procedures as defined in the handbook.
Merchandising experience preferred but not required; training will be provided.
Ability to work quickly and efficiently.
Physical Demands Employee may be required to stand for extended periods, bend, stoop, reach, carry products with light to moderate lifting, and tolerate colder conditions when working inside beverage coolers.
