Base pay range $23.00/hr - $23.00/hr
Job Type: Union Position
Shift: Full‑time Second Shift (Monday – Thursday 2:30 pm‑12:30 am)
Wage: $22.58 per hour (starting wage) $23.13 per hour (1 year anniversary)

Responsibilities
Observe and follow safety procedures and SOPs set by the company
Work on production line
Operate packaging machine
Pack products in cartons
Past experience in packaging or machine operation a plus
Stack cartons on pallets
Perform manual labor
Medium lifting up to 45 lb
Requirements
Capable of lifting boxes up to 70 pounds, average 45 pounds daily
Turn, bend and stand 90 % of working hours per day
Work well in a team environment
Adhere to all company health and safety policies and protocols while working
Follow the company attendance policy daily
Have good written and verbal communication skills
Have reliable means of transportation
Maintain good attendance
Positive attitude
