General Labor 2nd Shift - Monday-Thursday 3:00PM-1:00AM ($17.00)

Responsibilities
Place parts on flight bars/racks.
Remove and inspect parts, pack, label, and clean work area.
Correctly place bar mapping labels on parts (if necessary).
Unload flight bars/racks properly and efficiently.
Recognize differences between right and left parts and dunnage; bring proper packaging to the line.
Pack parts off the line ensuring each layer has the correct amount of parts; ensure finished container has the correct amount of parts.
Keep work area clean; combine partials and continuously support inspection.
Assist on the line by placing parts, inspect for Gross and Obvious defects, and complete the required Gross and Obvious defect test.
Comply with work instructions from Production Supervisor, Team Lead or assistant team lead.
Report to work on time, maintain regular attendance; call the call‑off line at least two hours in advance if late or unable to report.
Follow system procedures, observe all safety requirements when operating machinery or equipment, and report any malfunction, quality concern or safety hazard immediately.
Abide by Company Value Statement and Company Standard Code of Conduct; complete all duties as assigned.
Health & Safety Responsibilities The General Laborer is responsible for complying with the Company Health & Safety Program including Occupational Health Legislation, regulations, standards and Company Health & Safety policies. Reference: JDA-003: Worker/Supplied Labor Health & Safety Responsibilities.
Minimum Education Requirements
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Minimum Work Experience Requirements
Manufacturing experience preferred.
Minimum Training Requirements
SDS Sheets.
Quality, Environmental Health & Safety, and other relevant Company Policy awareness.
New Employee Orientation (when required).
Successful Completion of Gross and Obvious test.
Other Requirements
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Ability to bend, reach and stand for long periods of time.
Good hand‑eye coordination.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Ability to understand instructions.
Ability to come in early, stay late or work another shift as needed.
