CDL-A - New Pay Increase - Team Van Truckload Truck Driver Role at Schneider. Average pay: $1,400 - $1,700 weekly. Home time: Every three weeks. Experience: All CDL holders.

Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.

Weekly paychecks.

Weekly performance pay.

$4,000 sign‑on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments for experienced drivers.

$2,000 sign‑on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments for inexperienced drivers.

Paid orientation.

Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.

Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.

Qualifications

Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
