CDL-A – New Pay Increase – Team Van Truckload Truck Driver

Overview Total pay range:
$1,400 – $1,700 weekly
Home time:
Every three weeks
Experience:
All CDL holders
Dry van trailers with 100% no‑touch freight. Drive within all 48 states and bring your dog or cat with our Team Pet Policy.

Mileage pay + hourly pay while on duty, not driving
Weekly paychecks
Weekly performance pay
$4,000 sign‑on bonus
paid over 12 monthly payments for experienced drivers
$2,000 sign‑on bonus
paid over 12 monthly payments for inexperienced drivers
Paid orientation
Paid time off after 6 months + 6 days of holiday pay per year
Annual bonus: up to 2% of annual gross pay each year
