Job Description
We are seeking a Shipper/Receiver to become an integral part of our team! You will help coordinate incoming and outgoing shipment activities.
Responsibilities
Prepare product for shipping, install straps, braces, and padding to prevent damage during shipment
Schedule shipments with freight carriers to ensure product is shipped on time
Load trucks and ensure even distribution of weight
Receive product and enter into inventory
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Dependable
Ability to handle physical workload
Ability to multitask and prioritize
Reliable transportation
Strong organizational skills
Computer skills
Previous experience in shipping, logistics, or other related fields a plus
