Job Summary Housekeeping Porters are responsible for cleaning public lobbies, restrooms, other guest use areas, and working together as a tight‑knit team in indoor and outdoor settings.

Position Type: Seasonal
Season Dates: April 2026 - October 2026
Pay: $16.75/hour
Schedule: Typical schedule is 40 hours, 5 days per week (may include weekends, evenings, and holidays)

Responsibilities
Provide our guests with the best in service, courtesy, and care.
Clean public lobbies, restrooms, and other guest use areas as assigned.
Comply with housekeeping policies and procedures.
Comply with proper bio‑hazard cleanup procedures.
Comply with key security and use procedures.
Comply with procedures for chemical use.
Comply with environmental policies and procedures.
Comply with work shift schedules in a thorough and timely manner.
Work safely to avoid injuries and accidents, including wearing proper Personal Protective Equipment.
When finding unsafe conditions and maintenance concerns, address immediately by turning in maintenance Service Requests.
Maintain cleanliness of housekeeping vacuums, closets, storage areas, and other equipment.
Learn about location and hours to be able to assist guests with their questions.
Assist other departments as needed, including six‑day work weeks during times of staffing needs.
Assist with other duties as assigned by the Manager or Assistant Manager.
Qualifications
Ability to work with little to no supervision.
Knowledge of carpet and floor care and proper use of cleaning equipment helpful, but not required.
Ability to provide a positive guest experience for interactions with guests.
Physical Requirements
Stretching, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, kneeling, and climbing up and down stairs each shift.
Making beds, stripping rooms, and cleaning toilets.
The ability to push 50–75 pounds on a daily basis, moving carts and bins.
Working with required chemicals daily.
Ability to work at night, and possibly overnight hours and shifts.
