Chateau Rehab and Nursing Center is seeking a
compassionate and energetic Recreation Aide
to join our team full-time. If you enjoy working with older adults and have a passion for creating engaging and meaningful experiences, we’d love to meet you!
Key Responsibilities
Lead stimulating group activities such as cognitive games, fitness classes, and recreational programs
Assist with planning and coordinating monthly events, celebrations, and holiday activities
Develop resident-centered activities tailored to individual interests and abilities
Promote a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for all residents
Qualifications
Energetic, enthusiastic, and creative with a passion for working with people
Previous experience with geriatric or adult populations preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Friendly, compassionate, and team-oriented personality
