When the world winds down, we’re just getting started—and we’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Night Auditor to be the calm, welcoming presence for our guests after dark.
As the
first and last point of contact
for many travelers, you’ll play a key role in creating a safe, smooth, and friendly overnight experience while keeping our daily financial operations balanced and accurate.

Compensation
: $15.00/hr
What You'll Be Doing Guest Experience
Greet and welcome guests with a friendly, professional demeanor
Handle check-ins, check-outs, reservations, phone calls, emails, and wake-up calls
Respond promptly to guest requests, questions, and concerns
Communicate special requests and VIP arrivals to the appropriate teams
Night Audit & Reporting
Audit, balance, and report on Front Office and Food & Beverage transactions
Review room rates, adjustments, corrections, and zero-balance folios
Prepare daily audit reports and distribute to management
Identify and report credit card settlement variances
Follow the Night Audit checklist to ensure accuracy and timeliness
Assist with light cleaning, organizing, and laundry folding during downtime
Help inspect rooms and assist housekeeping or other departments if needed
Step in to assist with room cleaning when short-staffed
Complete special projects or additional duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For
Must be
18 years or older
Reliable transportation required
High school diploma or equivalent (hospitality education a plus)
Prior front desk or customer service experience preferred
Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
Comfortable using computers and hotel reservation systems
Ability to stay calm and professional in fast-paced or unexpected situations
Flexible availability, including
overnights, weekends, and holidays. Primarily Friday and Saturday night availability
