What You’ll Be Doing:
Empowering individuals
to achieve personal goals and milestones.
Supporting independence , not just providing care.
Cooking meals, creating routines, and celebrating victories —big and small.
Providing a safe, supportive environment
(and maybe learning a new hobby or two along the way).
Helping with medications, personal care, mobility, and transportation .
Encouraging fun! —outings, movies, shopping trips, walks, and more.
Documenting successes and ensuring quality care
every shift.
