About our Adult Foster Care division – At Home Living We believe in our clients and their right to live in the least‑restrictive environment. We also ensure that the homes they live in allow them to lead fulfilled lives while remaining safe and well‑cared‑for. All of our homes have four bedrooms each. Most of our clients can live independently, but need help with certain tasks. A couple of our programs involve additional care, so there is a higher starting wage in those programs. This is one of our largest divisions and we strive to hire caring, compassionate, and genuine staff who want to make a difference. Location:
Spring Lake Park, MN
Compensation:
$18.00/hour
Schedule:
This is typically a part‑time position with a rotating schedule, including every other weekend. Full‑time opportunities may occasionally become available.
We offer a variety of shifts to accommodate different schedules. Examples include:
AM Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
PM Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Overnight (NOC): 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Typical Job Duties
Cooking and cleaning
Medication administration & documentation
Socializing with residents (playing games, watching movies, going for walks, bonfires, etc.)
Going to appointments & outings with clients (shopping, movies, fishing, etc.)
Most importantly – making a difference in the lives of others
Requirements
19 years or older
Pass a MN DHS Background Study
Available to work every other weekend
Current driver’s license, car insurance, and a clean record
Must be able to pass a MN DHS Background Check
