Summary
We are seeking an energetic, personable, and skilled Bartender to join our team. The Bartender will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, providing exceptional guest service, and contributing to a lively and welcoming atmosphere in our restaurant.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and engage guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to restaurant guests according to recipes and standards.
Create signature cocktails and recommend drink pairings to enhance the dining experience.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and equipment.
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
Monitor guest intoxication levels and handle situations with professionalism.
Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and assist with ordering as needed.
Process payments accurately using POS systems.
Collaborate with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.
Contribute to a positive team culture and help train new bar staff when necessary.
Qualifications
Previous experience as a bartender in a restaurant, bar, or hospitality setting preferred.
Knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Must meet minimum age requirements to serve alcohol.
Certification in Responsible Beverage Service (where required by law).
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, walk, and move quickly for extended periods.
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs (kegs, boxes, and bar supplies).
Manual dexterity to handle glassware, pour drinks, and operate bar equipment.
