shape our guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge of the Resort and exemplifying the Golden Rule in each interaction. Work authorization Our Cook II’s are responsible forproficiency in knife skills, the ability to work all stations, understand product usage and availability, and lead the kitchen in the absence of a Cook I. As a team leader, the Cook II supports daily kitchen operations, menu planning, and training, while fostering a positive, professional work environment. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: preparing and plating menu items to Four Seasons standards.
