The Four Seasons Resort Lāna’i is looking for a **PGA Lead Golf Instructor**who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. Our teams’ have the opportunity to shape our guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge of the Resort and exemplifying the Golden Rule in each interaction. Work authorization required. The PGA Lead Golf Instructor will play a key role in golf operations, including responsibilities within the Golf Shop, Guest Services, and related areas. This position is accountable for planning, organizing, promoting, scheduling, and delivering golf instructional programs tailored to meet customer needs and expectations. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:Act as a role model for all Associates by demonstrating the behavior and work ethic expected of all golf course employees
Assist the Head Professional and 1st Assistant Golf Professional as needed in all areas and duties assigned. Will have duties in the operation 2-3 days a week and as needed. Creative Ability
Education
Knowledge, Skills and Traits Have an expert level of knowledge of the game of golf, rules of golf, golf instruction, and teaching methodology Have knowledge and experience using TRACKMAN Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and push/pull as needed during shifts.
