House Manager – $19 – $20 / hr (overtime eligible)
Position for the NEEDS Center in Orange Park. Full‑time, 2nd shift with evening and weekend work. Pay is $19.00–$20.00 per hour. Eligible for overtime.
Responsibilities
Serve as a role model for staff in all areas of client programming, client services and professional practice.
Supervise Assistant Program Coordinator and Program Specialist staff.
Oversee the day‑to‑day operation of a residential program.
Schedule includes evening and weekend shifts.
Ratio at least 2 days per week; assist with hands‑on direct care—personal care, grooming, preparing meals, bathing help, etc.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required.
At least 2 years of supervisory experience working in a residential environment.
Good supervisory and communication (verbal and written) skills.
Must have medical administration experience.
