Job Summary
Crain Chevrolet of Little Rock is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Collision Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in vehicle body repair, refinishing, and restoration, ensuring that all vehicles are repaired to manufacturer standards and customer satisfaction is achieved. Key Responsibilities
Perform collision repairs including frame straightening, panel replacement, dent repair, and refinishing. Inspect damaged vehicles to determine repair procedures and parts needed. Use hand and power tools to remove and replace damaged parts. Ensure all repairs meet safety and quality standards. Work closely with service advisors and other technicians to complete repairs efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines. Keep up-to-date with the latest repair techniques and manufacturer specifications. Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience as a Collision Technician or similar role preferred. Knowledge of vehicle body repair techniques and tools. Ability to read and interpret repair manuals and diagrams. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Good communication and teamwork skills. Valid driver’s license.
