The Housekeeper performs many functions related to cleaning and repairing NEVHC facilities. Responsibilities

Perform general maintenance of NEVHC facilities, including minor repairs to structure, plumbing and electrical systems, painting over graffiti, installation of shelving, and replacement of light bulbs. Qualifications

High School diploma or General Educational Development (G.E.D.) certificate equivalency. Previous experience is preferred. Current California driver’s license, appropriate insurance coverage and a driving record acceptable to the NEVHC’s insurance carrier (if required to drive on the job). Fluency in English (speaks, read and write) is required. Fluency in Spanish (speaks, translate, read and write) is preferred. Must be willing to submit fingerprints in a manner authorized by the California Department of Justice, with no adverse findings, applicable to school-based site only. Physical Requirements of the Job

Will spend substantial time sitting, speaking and listening, standing and limited walking. May stoop and reach to file documents. May lift up to 25 lbs periodically. May occasionally climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Seniority level
