Job Requirements & Duties You must be
18 years or older
and have a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record meeting company standards, as well as a vehicle that can be used for delivery and is insured. You should possess navigational skills and be able to read a map, locate addresses within the delivery area, and navigate adverse terrain, including multi‑story buildings.
Advancement Many team members begin as drivers and advance to franchise owners, management, general manager, or corporate operations roles.

Qualifications
Operate all equipment.
Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk‑in cooler.
Prepare product.
Receive and process telephone orders.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
Orientation and training provided on the job.
Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders over the phone and in person.
Perform basic calculations accurately and quickly.
Make correct monetary change.
Use motor coordination between eyes and hands for precise movements.
Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touchscreen.
Essential Functions / Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly.
Ability to make correct monetary change.
Verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements.
Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Work Conditions & Physical Demands
Varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when delivering.
In‑store temperatures ranging from 36°F in cooler to 90°F and higher in some areas.
Exposure to food odors, cornmeal dust, and cramped quarters including walk‑in cooler.
Hot surfaces/tools up to 500°F.
Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.
Standing, walking, climbing stairs or ladders.
Lifting up to 50 pounds, carrying pizza and beverages, pushing trays on dollies.
Forward bending, squatting, and reaching above 72”.
Eye‑hand coordination and use of hands continuously.
Driving Specific Job Duties
Deliver product by car to customer doors.
Deliver flyers and door hangers.
Requirements
Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
Access to an insured vehicle for delivery.
Essential Skills
Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within the delivery area.
Ability to navigate adverse terrain and multi‑story buildings while carrying product.
Physical Demands
Carrying pizzas and beverages while walking and climbing.
Driving to deliver pizzas in the designated area, potentially making several deliveries per shift.
