Responsibilities
Prepare and serve food by hand every day.
Work out of multiple stations (grill, cashier, prep, salsa, expo).
Maintain a clean, safe work environment and adhere to food‑service standards.
Deliver outstanding customer service and create a friendly atmosphere for guests.
Qualifications
A friendly, enthusiastic attitude.
Passion for helping and serving others—customers and team members alike.
Desire to learn how to cook (a lot).
Must be at least 16 years old.
Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location.
Compensation & Benefits
Base pay: $15.25–$16.25 per hour + digital tips.
Tuition assistance— 100% coverage for select degrees or up to $5,250/year.
