Base Pay Range
$5.15/hr - $5.15/hr

We are seeking a friendly and professional bartender to join our team and deliver exceptional service to our guests. With a menu inspired by the sun-soaked cuisines of California, the Mediterranean, and Texas, our restaurant offers a unique dining experience that is both rustic and sophisticated. Job Summary As a bartender you will act as an extension of the restaurant, ensuring that steps of service, time standards, and genuine hospitality match those of the floor. You must possess a sense of urgency, provide friendly service, and maintain great communication skills.
Duties and Responsibilities
Welcome each guest, maintaining appropriate tone and body language at all times.
Input drink orders into the POS system immediately after the drink has been made, collecting payment from guests for drinks served.
Responsibly serve alcohol with awareness of guests’ state of intoxication.
Anticipate guests’ needs and acknowledge guests so they know you will be right with them.
Complete all side work as assigned.
Communicate with other staff and management regarding the needs of the guest.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of bartending experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent customer service and people skills.
Active TABC certification.
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Ability to stay calm and work efficiently under pressure.
Ability to prioritize job duties and manage time effectively.
