Compensation & Benefits Pay range: $15–$18 per hour, depending on experience.

Duties & Responsibilities
Safely transport customers to and from their locations using the company vehicle.
Pick up parts, supplies, tires, etc. from vendors or the corporate office.
Operate the company vehicle safely and courteously, obeying all traffic laws.
Conduct state safety and emission inspections in an ethical manner following company and state guidelines.
Perform tire mounting/dismounting, wheel balance, and tire rotation.
Perform oil changes and other basic services under the direction of the shop foreman or store manager.
Observe general vehicle condition during basic services and report needed repairs or safety concerns to the shop foreman or store manager.
Maintain cleanliness of the shop, including the service area, tire racks, showroom, and building exterior.
Follow all safety procedures and report any concerns.
Qualifications
Valid driver’s license.
At least 18 years old.
Ability to work a minimum of five days, including Saturdays.
General understanding of automotive mechanics preferred.
Working Conditions & Physical Demands The role exposes the technician to moderate to loud noises, dust, exhaust fumes, lubricants, petroleum products, vapors, caustic materials, and other hazardous and non‑hazardous materials. Temperature can vary widely, and PPE such as safety goggles may be required.
Stand for up to eight hours per day in the shop and walk to various areas of the building.
Bend, stoop, kneel, and crouch regularly; maintain full range of motion with arms and hands.
Lift and move up to 10 pounds regularly; lift and move up to 70 pounds frequently.
Communicate with customers and shop personnel.
Vision sufficient to detect color, depth, and refocus.
