Little Flatrock Christian Church, established in 1830, located in Rushville, Indiana, is

seeking a full-time pastor. We are looking for a pastor that would fulfill the biblical

requirements of an elder found in 1st Timothy and Titus. Being a thriving rural church

will require the pastor to be multifaceted, serving our congregation of all ages. LFCC is

a biblically based church believing in the inerrant word of God.

We are looking for a goal-oriented individual who can easily build relationships with both

members and non-members of our community. The pastor will be a Godly man that

knows the word of God and lives by

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Biblical based sermons (Preaching and teaching)

Spiritual Leadership alongside the elders

Collaborate with committees of the church

Community involvement

Good communicator
