Responsibilities
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to guests according to company standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for alcohol consumption
Provide friendly and efficient service to guests, addressing any questions or requests
Handle cash and process transactions accurately
Restock bar inventory and supplies as needed
Adhere to all health and safety regulations
Requirements
Previous experience as a bartender is preferred
Knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Legal age to serve alcohol in the state of Massachusetts
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
