Maintain comprehensive knowledge of NCAA, conference, and institutional rules and regulations.* ·

Ensure all supervised staff and student workers understand and comply with applicable policies.* ·

Collaborate closely with the Compliance Office to support accuracy and adherence in all academic processes.* . Bachelor’s Degree.* . Four years of professional experience in academic advising, student-athlete academic support, higher education student services, or athletics administration.* ·

Master’s Degree.* ·

Experience serving as a scholastic supervisor or primary academic advisor for Football.* ·

Experience directly supervising full-time staff.* ·

Experience managing initial eligibility evaluations and NCAA Eligibility Center processes.* ·

Experience participating in prospective student-athlete recruitment from an academic standpoint.* ·

Experience monitoring academic progress and maintaining academic records in compliance with institutional and NCAA standards.* ·

Demonstrated ability to advise students on academic planning, major selection, and degree completion.* ·

Experience collaborating with coaches, academic units, and campus partners.* ·

Ability to interpret and apply policies, procedures, and regulations accurately.* ·

Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.* ·

Proficiency with student information systems and academic tracking platforms.·
