About the Role We're looking for a motivated Packager to join one of the West Coast's leading cannabis brands at our Lake Stevens facility. This role is hands‑on and fast‑paced, focused on ensuring products are packaged with accuracy, efficiency, and compliance. As part of our production team, you'll be cross‑trained in both packaging and filling, giving you the opportunity to learn multiple areas of operations and contribute to overall production goals.

What You’ll Do Packaging
Accurately package products according to company standards and specifications
Inspect items for quality, compliance, and consistency before sealing and labeling
Apply compliance, potency, and identification stickers correctly
Track packaged quantities and maintain an organized, efficient work area
Filling
Prepare hardware for filling, ensuring components are clean and properly arranged
Fill and cap hardware with precision and consistency
Inspect filled products for defects and compliance before releasing to packaging
Support the filling team to keep production on pace
Production Support
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance within the production area
Monitor packaging waste and contribute ideas for process improvements
Follow all safety guidelines and industry regulations
Collaborate closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals
What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
Prior experience in packaging, assembly, or warehouse operations preferred
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform repetitive tasks
Comfortable standing for long periods and working in a fast‑paced environment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Team player with good communication skills
Flexible and adaptable to workflow changes and production needs
