Now Hiring: Packagers – Shasta Lake, CA $17.50/hour |Full-Time | Cannabis Industry | Must be 21+
Are you dependable, detail-oriented, and looking for a role in the fast‑growing cannabis industry? Buddies is hiring Full‑time Packagers to join our production team in Shasta Lake, CA. This is a hands‑on position in a high‑volume environment where quality and consistency are key. If you're motivated, reliable, and ready to work, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do:
Accurately label and package cannabis products in accordance with daily work orders
Maintain individual production quotas and meet daily packaging goals
Assist with other production tasks such as fill station support, as assigned
Keep your workspace clean, organized, and compliant with company standards
Arrive on time, ready to contribute to a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
Follow all safety and compliance protocols at all times
What We're Looking For:
Must be 21 years of age or older (State law requirement)
Prior experience in high‑volume production or packaging is preferred
Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay focused on repetitive tasks
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
Valid driver's license or state‑issued ID
