A well-established, membership-based practice is seeking a Primary Care Physician to join a growing, relationship-focused practice. This opportunity is ideal for physicians who value longitudinal patient care, clinical autonomy, and a sustainable pace of practice.
The incoming physician will provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to an established patient population encompassing all ages, emphasizing strong patient relationships and quality face time with each patient. The practice model is designed to support high-quality medicine while minimizing administrative burden.
Practice Highlights
$350k salary plus signing bonus, health benefits, retirement match
3-provider concierge group. Inherit a retiring providers' full patient panel.
4-8 ppd: an emphasis on quality, continuity, and patient experience over volume
Sufficient and helpful operational and administrative support
Deliver full-scope outpatient primary care services with in-office procedures
Develop long-term relationships with patients of all ages and families
BC/BE in Family Medicine
Commitment to patient-focused, relationship-based care
