3‑provider concierge group; inherit a retiring provider’s full patient panel
4–8 patient per day: emphasis on quality, continuity, and patient experience over volume
Operational and administrative support
Full‑scope outpatient primary care services with in‑office procedures
Develop long‑term relationships with patients of all ages and families
BC/BE in Family Medicine
Commitment to patient‑focused, relationship‑based care
