The Main Kitchen at Harrah's Laughlin is the heart of our culinary operations, serving a wide variety of guests across multiple dining outlets. This role is all about precision, teamwork, and delivering consistent quality that supports the entire property. Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook dishes according to company recipes and standards for multiple outlets Master techniques including deep frying, broiling, steaming, sautéing, and oven work Plate and garnish food for individual orders, banquets, and large functions Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of your station and storage areas Assist teammates and complete prep for the next shift Transport ingredients and supplies as needed to support kitchen operations Uphold the “Family Style Service” model with every dish and interaction Skills & Experience
3–6 months of experience in a similar kitchen, hotel, or casino setting Comfortable using kitchen tools such as knives, mixers, steamers, and braziers Ability to follow cooking sequences and timing to meet service standards Requirements
Must have a current Health Card from SNHD Basic math skills for measurements and portioning Fluent in English for effective communication This is a hands‑on role!
