Job Description ** Position is 4-10 hour shifts

** Position will be for Harrah's and also Tropicana as needed. Dual property Gaming required.

SUMMARY The Count Room Team Member counts and verifies the contents of all drops from bill-acceptors and table games.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensures compliance with company standards and gaming regulations.

Remove bill validator drop boxes from slot machines and replace with empty boxes.

Load dropped bill validator boxes on cart and transport to the count room.

Verify cash revenue bags from non-gaming outlets and record any discrepancies.

Trace and match fills/credit slips from table game drop boxes to the Master Game Summary Report and document any discrepancies.

Must be able to operate a G&D Machine

Empty table game drop boxes individually and in numerical order.

Remove and fill cassettes from the NRT (kiosk) machines.

Must be available for scheduled work.

Must exhibit the Family Style Service model at all times.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES None.

QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

All Employees must be knowledgeable to all Company policies and procedures, including fire and safety regulations.

Must be at least 21 years of age.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE High school diploma or equivalent required. One year or more years related experience in a casino, and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS Must possess and be able to maintain the applicable regional Gaming card(s) and/or License(s), if any.

LANGUAGE SKILLS Must be able to effectively communicate in English. Must be able to read and write simple lists, interoffice memorandums, and business correspondence.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

COMPUTER SKILLS None.
