Space Dynamics Laboratory
Key Responsibilities
Performs integration and test activities on spacecraft hardware and support equipment
Interfaces with other disciplines (QA, machine shop, contamination control, etc.) to deliver spaceflight hardware on schedule
Required Qualifications
Must be a US citizen and have an active DoD Top Secret Security Clearance and be SAP eligible
Must have a high school diploma or GED
Ability to see projects through from start to finish
Self-motivated, dependable, and detail oriented
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Ability to identify problems that may arise and work through them efficiently
Proficiency using Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work with other team members for completion of required tasks
Occasional evening and weekend shifts when required for certain testing
Desired Qualifications
Applicable higher education or technical training
Assembly and test of small, intricate mechanical assemblies
Ability to support electrical integration and test activities as needed
Experience working in a cleanroom and minimizing contamination during assembly
Experience with environmental testing including TVAC and vibration testing
Implementation of quality processes
Salary Range $38,500 - $76,500. Salary commensurate based on education and experience. This range serves as a general guideline and may vary based on factors such as role, level, location, market conditions, and individual qualifications, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Specific salary details for a candidate’s preferred location can be provided by the recruiter or HR manager during the hiring process.
