Scope of Position The mission of the Electrical/Plumbing Assembly Technician is to assist in assembling various electrical and plumbing assemblies while meeting goals of quality, cost, and delivery for our customers. This position reports to the Value Stream Supervisor of a growing manufacturer focused on Residential and Commercial water treatment solutions.

This position reports to the Value Stream Supervisor and is onsite.

Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities

Verify work in accordance with procedures and work orders

Clean and maintain work area between jobs and at end of shift

Maintain clean and safe working environment in accordance with company policies

Maintain regular attendance according to the company's attendance guidelines

Assist in Material Handling duties

Able to react to change productively and handle other tasks as assigned

Ability to read procedures and interpret drawings

Ability to work on your feet • Ability to reach, bend and lift as required per job

Able to work independently and as a member of a team

Responsible for manufacturing components based on design/drawings

Capable of plumbing PVC/CPVC of multiple components into a final assembly

Ability to run electrical wiring to high and low voltage boxes

Capable of reading electrical schematics and laying out electrical boxes

Assume responsibility for other projects and duties as assigned by Value Stream Supervisor or Company management

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma/GED or equivalent skill set

2+ years of plumbing and electrical experience

Mechanical aptitude and experience with commercial plumbing and electrical layout

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to read procedures and interpret drawings

Skilled with hand tools and basic computer use

Team-oriented, dependable, and adaptable

Leadership qualities and ability to work under pressure

Understanding of and adherence to applicable laws, codes, policies, regulations, and safety practices and procedures, as applicable

Must successfully establish employment eligibility and satisfactorily complete background checks and required pre‑employment testing as a condition of employment

Working Conditions While performing the job duties, you will be working on‑site in a manufacturing facility and will be required to wear the appropriate personal protective equipment. You will be required to work at the Company's Fort Worth location in Fort Worth, TX. Your scheduled work hours will be communicated to you by your manager.

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand for long periods of time

Ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds

Ability to push and pull up to 35 pounds

Ability to physically move around manufacturing floor

Ability to read documents and communicate clearly with management and coworkers

Ability to wear personal protective equipment, which may include, but is not limited to, safety shoes, hearing protection, and safety glasses
