Front Of House Team Member Responsibilities
Deliver genuine hospitality by smiling, making eye contact, and engaging warmly with guests
Take and fulfill orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring a seamless dining experience
Maintain a clean and welcoming dining area and work environment
Handle cash and card transactions with integrity and attention to detail
Work collaboratively with fellow team members to ensure smooth operations
Maintain Chick‑fil‑A’s high standards for food safety, cleanliness, and service excellence
Follow restaurant policies, including dress code and health & safety guidelines
Assist with other duties as assigned by leadership
Qualifications & What We Look For
A positive, enthusiastic attitude and a heart for serving others
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to multi‑task and stay organized in a fast‑paced environment
Reliability and dependability—we count on you!
A team‑player mindset, adaptable and willing to go the extra mile
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as needed
Previous customer service or restaurant experience is a plus but not required—we’ll train you!
