We are looking for an enthusiastic Front of House Supervisor to join our team at

Chick-fil-A . Having high-quality supervisors is an integral part to our success. Your support in the front-of-house operations will be essential to a successful restaurant operation and maintaining a positive work culture. Your Impact

Overseeing all in-restaurant Front-of-House operations during assigned shifts

Leading, coaching, and developing a FOH team of 8–15+ team members to deliver remarkable hospitality

Creating an inspiring culture of accountability, encouragement, and teamwork through daily coaching and recognition

Ensuring a guest-first environment focused on speed, accuracy, cleanliness, service standards, and emotional connection

Working collaboratively with the leadership team to improve systems, processes, and overall operational excellence

Background Profile

A passionate and strong understanding of Chick-fil-A’s values and mission

Experience leading teams of 8–15+ people in guest-focused, fast-paced, or hospitality environments

Excels at working under pressure while maintaining positivity, professionalism, and solutions-based thinking

Strong communication, organizational, and people development skills

Available to work a minimum of 40 hours/week and open and close as the business needs.
