Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and operational organization to Community standards. Adhere to food quality, appearance, and presentation standards at all times. Produce and serve menu cycle programs that comply with local nutritional/dietary regulations and prepare diets as per policy. Work with speed, accuracy, and efficiency. Demonstrate knowledge of all cooking preparation and production methods. Assist with meal service and ware washing as necessary. Periodically visit residents to evaluate food service (quality, quantity, temperature, appearance) and recommend improvements. Represent the community warmly, creating a positive marketing environment. Support a culture where business decisions and employee engagement drive revenue and occupancy. Qualifications
High school diploma. High‑volume restaurant experience, working on the line. Culinary degree preferred. Minimum of one year restaurant/senior‑living or equivalent cooking experience. Knowledge of cooking procedures and methods (grilling, baking, boiling, etc.). Ability to work various shifts; kitchen closes at 7pm.
