NFF Technician I (Night Shift)

Shift: 7:00 pm – 7:00 am
Entry level, full‑time position located in Clayton, NC (North America: USA).
Responsibilities
Follow company safety guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Demonstrate appropriate personal hygiene and proper gowning.
Operate manufacturing process control systems and equipment.
Perform clean‑in‑place (CIP) operations and in‑process analytical monitoring.
Document batch production records and maintain record keeping in accordance with good manufacturing practices.
Assist in sampling, harvesting, and preparation of buffer and process solutions.
Transfer intermediate products, raw materials, and waste; stage plasma and intermediate paste.
Use SAP or ACSIS transactions to support supply‑chain requirements.
Support team members with additional manufacturing tasks and maintain a clean, compliant environment.
Qualifications Education: High School Diploma. Bioworks Certification preferred.
Knowledge areas: science (biology or chemistry), engineering, mechanical aptitude, and computers.
Skills: strong understanding of cGMP, excellent written and oral communication, proficiency with computer data entry, willingness to learn.
Occupational Demands
Work performed in a laboratory / manufacturing environment, with exposure to biological fluids, chemicals, and moderate noise.
Frequent kneeling, climbing, squatting, bending, and repetitive hand movements; light to moderate lifting up to 50 lb.
Requires standing for long periods and occasional work at heights on platforms or ladders; work rotates through shifts.
