and help transform the lives of children with Autism in a fun, supportive environment. We offer part‑time schedules in Holly Springs, NC, with an initial start in our Cary clinic before relocation.
Job Summary As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) you will work one‑on‑one with children to implement goals set by Board‑Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA). You will teach new skills using evidence‑based procedures, create engaging learning environments, and provide feedback and data collection to support individualized programs.

Requirements / Qualifications
Previous experience working with children (autism or intellectual disabilities preferred)
High school diploma required; college degree preferred
Reliable transportation and ability to pass a criminal background check
Part‑time availability Monday‑Friday 8 a.m.–7 p.m.
Willingness to commute up to 30 min to client homes or clinics
Motivation to become an RBT within 90 days through our training program
Ability to assist with toilet training and basic self‑care needs
Attention to detail, excellent written and oral communication, positive attitude
Physical capability: lift 50 lbs, walk/stand 75 % of the day, bend, kneel, squat, crawl, and sit on the floor as needed
Quick response to client movements and ability to move short distances (up to 100 ft)
