We currently have clinics in Cary, Raleigh, Holly Springs, and Charlotte. This posting is for our Holly Springs location. We Offer: A nationally recognized certification Full benefits for full-time employees Flexible Schedules Competitive pay rates Support and guidance for career advancement Continuing education Opportunities to learn from Board Certified Behavior Analysts Professional growth RBT Job Duties: Provide one-on-one behavioral interventions to clients in both home and center-based settings Run skill acquisition programs with clients based on the principles of Applied Behavioral Analysis Complete daily program writing and data collection before the end of each shift Work with Board Certified Behavior Analysts to implement individualized treatment plans Collect and accurately record data on clients’ progress Maintain and protect the well-being of all clients during treatment sessions Minimum Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years of age Possess a minimum of a High School Diploma; Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in psychology, special education, or related field preferred A minimum of one (1) years experience in working with children, adolescents, and/or adults with special needs Possession of the RBT certification or work experience equivalent Must be caring, energetic, and detail-oriented Driver’s License and reliable transportation Physical Requirements: Ability to lift/carry up to a maximum of 50 lbs and remain standing for up to 4 hours Must be able to remain within close proximity to children at all times for safety Ability to get up and down from the floor independently Other Requirements: Successful completion of criminal history background check and drug testing Ability to work with a variety of individuals in different settings Pay: Starting at $20 per hour based on experience Schedule: Hours available between 9am - 6pm Monday through Friday Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Opportunities for advancement Paid orientation Paid training Referral program The pay range for this role is: 20 - 25 USD per hour (1060 Holly Springs)
