Testing Technician
Position at iFIT located in Logan, UT. iFIT’s vision is to create the world's most holistic health and fitness platform, integrating all elements of health – physical fitness, mental health, nutrition and active recovery – into a seamless interactive experience. Pay Range: $75,000 USD - $80,000 USD Responsibilities
Global Test Interface & Communication Act as the primary interface between the China and Vietnam test teams and the Logan technical resources for test understanding and resolution. Develop and maintain an effective test communication tool for global concern communication, owning the tracking and communication of test concerns across the organization. Lead testing review meetings for internal stakeholders (e.g., R&D, Quality, Suppliers, Testing, and leadership). Participate in root‑cause analysis (DMAIC, 8D, 5Why) for issue concerns (customer complaints, testing issues, supplier issues, etc.), ensuring closed‑loop solutions are implemented. Collaborate with global teams to enhance testing performance via information and data feedback, and reliability improvements. Qualifications
3+ years in a technical field (ME, EE, SW, etc.) driving improvements and technical communication. Associate's degree in Technical Field Engineering (or equivalent technical field). Proven experience in problem‑solving methodologies (DMAIC, 8D, 5Why) and ISO 9001 quality systems. Working with and interpreting technical standards. Cross‑cultural collaboration skills (China, Vietnam, US teams). Fluent in English and possession of a valid driver’s license. Fitness Equipment testing knowledge, experience, or background. Lean Six Sigma certification (Green/Black Belt).
