Job Description We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our high-performing Research & Development team in our state-of-the-art Plastics Laboratory. This is an entry-level opportunity designed for candidates eager to learn and develop technical skills through hands‑on training. The role supports laboratory operations by assisting with sample preparation, testing, and workflow processes critical to product development and quality.
Responsibilities
Must be able to work in a safe environment and follow ISO 9001 guidelines.
Basic understanding or willingness to learn our Oracle, Raw Materials and lab workflow.
Will learn to operate sample preparation equipment as necessary, with training (extruder, roll mill, chipper, pulverizer, premixing).
Ability to learn basic color correcting skills with training (QC equipment and spectrophotometers).
Needs the ability to communicate with multiple people and can follow directions and have basic math skills.
Work collaboratively with other team members and multitask.
Education
High school equivalency or relevant experience.
