JR-617**Job Description:**Job DescriptionWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our high-performing Research & Development team in our state-of-the-art Plastics Laboratory. This is an entry-level opportunity designed for candidates eager to learn and develop technical skills through hands-on training. The role supports laboratory operations by assisting with sample preparation, testing, and workflow processes critical to product development and quality.**Responsibilities:*** Must be able to Work in a safe environment and follow ISO 9001 guidelines.* Basic understanding or willing to learn our Oracle, Raw Materials and lab workflow* Will learn to Operate sample preparation equipment as necessary, with training (extruder, roll mill, chipper, pulverize, premixing)* Ability to learn basic color correcting skills with training (QC equipment and spectrophotometers)* Needs the have ability to communicate with multiple people and can follow directions and have basic math skills* Work collaboratively with other team members and multitask**Education:*** High school equivalency or relevant experience**What WE can do for YOU**
