(GMS) in Ridgefield. GMS is an industry‑leading medical spa established in 2005, offering non‑invasive cosmetic treatments.
GMS is actively seeking a
full‑time
individual who will work closely with clinicians to prepare patients for treatments and will serve as the voice and face of the practice at the front desk.
Responsibilities
Prepare treatment rooms and equipment at the beginning and close them at the end of the day.
Meet, greet, and educate patients on skin‑care products and treatments.
Schedule appointments and check out patients.
Maintain all areas of the medspa – public areas and treatment rooms.
Have strong understanding of all services and products offered.
Answer inquiries from patients and lead in product or service sales.
Verify patient information by interviewing, recording medical history, confirming purpose of visit, and obtaining consents.
Prepare patients for treatments – review history, draw blood (if applicable), set up room, cleanse, and prepare treatment area.
Obtain pre‑ and post‑photography.
Confirm completion of consent and pre/post forms.
Counsel patients on pre‑ and post‑treatment care instructions.
Keep supplies ready by inventorying stock, placing orders, and verifying receipt.
Maintain clean linens, empty trash, and keep rooms impeccably clean.
Keep equipment operating by following instructions, troubleshooting, performing preventive maintenance, and calling for repairs.
Prior experience with Zenoti is a plus.
Other duties as assigned.
