About Bottega Louie Founded in Los Angeles in 2007, Bottega Louie develops premier landmark Restaurants, Patisseries & Cafés. People who are full‑time professionals available to work 40 hours per week, able to lift 35 lbs and stand and move for extended periods of time

Barista Responsibilities

Maintain the register and properly handle cash

Enter tips, place orders accurately, and keep a balanced drawer

Work closely with other staff to create a steady flow of service

Communicate any needs and stay close to the register

Create all of Bottega Louie’s coffees and teas for the market and café

Abide by Bottega Louie recipe standards, sanitation standards, and maintain speed of service

Make every drink with care and to the guest’s likings

Keep a well‑stocked and organized workstation and communicate any needs to utility or a manager

Keep a clean and well‑stocked market

Take out the trash, retrieve products, and restock

Properly store and rotate macrons

Assist with filling macaron trays and organizing macaron bins

Accurately describe all pastries and upsell to guests

Package all pastries for guests

Consolidate pastries and stock as needed

Compensation

Beginning at $19.65/hr

Tip pool participation subject to California Labor Code & Fair Labor & Standards Act

Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment

Must have a flexible schedule, available to work 30+ hours per week (for full‑time): mornings, nights and/or weekends. Part‑time is also available
