Overview
We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Snow Removal Driver to operate company vehicles and equipment to clear snow and ice from designated properties during winter weather events. This role requires flexible availability, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in challenging weather conditions.
Responsibilities
Operate snow plows, trucks, skid steers, or other snow removal equipment safely.
Clear snow, ice from parking lots, driveways, sidewalks, and access roads.
Apply salt, sand, or de-icing materials as required.
Follow assigned routes and complete work within designated timeframes.
Inspect vehicles and equipment before and after shifts; report maintenance needs.
Maintain awareness of weather conditions and adjust work accordingly.
Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies.
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
