Assistant Preschool Teacher – Part‑time
We’re hiring part‑time Assistant Teachers for the preschool program at Powel Crosley, Jr. YMCA. Do you love working with young children, energetic, enthusiastic, and fun?
Pay:
$13/hour.

Responsibilities
Assist with day‑to‑day operations of the preschool classroom.
Help implement class curriculum, activities & experiences in a developmentally‑appropriate manner under guidance of the Lead Teacher.
Utilize a diverse selection of materials to meet all students’ needs.
Facilitate a classroom inviting exploration, promoting positive plan, and welcoming children.
Promote teamwork through positive interactions with students, parents & staff.
Qualifications
At least 18 years old, high school diploma or equivalent.
Meet all child care licensing requirements.
Previous experience working with preschool‑age children preferred.
CPR & First Aid certifications must be obtained/maintained throughout employment.
Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at YMCA of Greater Cincinnati by 2x.
