Dry Cleaning Production (Full-Time 30+ Hours)
Join our Production Team at Ziker Cleaners! For over 100 years, we have been serving the Michiana area with exceptional service, community impact, and a commitment to growth. As a Production Team Member, you will be the unseen powerhouse ensuring our customers receive the best care for their garments.
Key Responsibilities
Inspect garments for stains, damage, or special care instructions.
Operate various cleaning and pressing equipment (training provided).
Collaborate with team members to prioritize and organize garments for efficient processing.
Follow established procedures to ensure garments are handled safely and accurately.
Uphold quality standards while meeting production targets.
Qualifications
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to spot stains or damage.
Ability to tolerate hot working conditions during the summer months.
Preference for, or ability to engage in, repetitive tasks for long periods of time.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work alongside a diverse, focused, and efficient team.
Passion for delivering excellent results with every garment that comes to your station.
Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift throughout your shift.
Previous manufacturing or garment care experience is a plus, but not required.
